DEATH AT BAY LONGER
Eating right just may keep you living
longer! Chiropractic Care sees many Chicago chiropractic
patients who will love to hear this! There is increasing
evidence that fruit and vegetable consumption has an
effect on all-cause mortality. In a study of over 6000 people over 6 years,
consuming more fruits and vegetables (particularly
in those who consumed 7 servings or more a day) decreases
all-cause mortality. (1) The variety of fruits and vegetables takes
on an important role in reducing inflammation and
decreasing C-reactive protein (CRP) concentrations as well. (2)
FRUIT AND VEGETABLE INTAKE IMPROVES BMD
Lower bone mineral density (BMD) folks see
more favorable outcomes of eating
more fruits and vegetables and a lower incidence of
osteoporosis, too. Chiropractic Care has in its Chicago

eaten, the higher the BMD and lower the
